Service availability

Whether Beacon can assist with a particular matter depends on the document type, on whether the work falls within what a Legal Document Assistant may do, and on your specific direction.

Beacon may decline a matter, including where it appears to require legal advice or representation rather than document preparation.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Documents are prepared from what you supply, and you are the person signing them.

You are responsible for reviewing every document before signing it, and for meeting any deadline in your matter.

No guarantee of outcome

Beacon does not guarantee any result, the acceptance of any filing, or any timeframe. Court outcomes and court timing are outside Beacon's control.

Fees, cancellations and refunds

Fees are quoted before work begins and are set out in your written services contract, together with any cancellation and refund terms.

Court filing fees, recording fees, publication costs and similar third-party charges are separate from Beacon's fees.

Website content and availability

This website is provided as it is. Beacon does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and may change or remove content at any time.

Content on this website may not be reproduced as another business's own material.
