Documents Beacon prepares
Each service below has its own page setting out what Beacon prepares, what to bring, how the process runs, and where the limits are. If your paperwork is not listed, call and ask — the answer is often yes.

What applies to all of it
The same limits apply to every service on this page. They are what makes a Legal Document Assistant affordable, and they are worth understanding before you hire anyone.
What Beacon can do
Prepare your documents
Court forms, family paperwork, estate documents and property transfers, prepared at your specific direction.
Give you general procedural information
What the courts publish about how a process works, what the deadlines are, and what a filing generally involves.
File and serve at your direction
Filing with the court, arranging service, ordering certified copies and recording with the county — not just handing you a folder.
Tell you when you need an attorney
If your matter needs legal advice or representation, you will hear that plainly instead of being sold paperwork that will not solve it.
What Beacon cannot do
Give you legal advice
No opinions, no recommendations, and no answer to “what should I do”. That is attorney work, and it is not a formality.
Choose your forms or your strategy
Selecting which form fits your situation is a legal decision. You decide; the documents follow.
Represent you in court
A Legal Document Assistant cannot appear for you, speak for you at a hearing, or negotiate on your behalf.
Promise you an outcome
Nobody can tell you what a judge will decide. Anyone who does is telling you something they cannot know.

Tell Beacon what you are dealing with.
The first 30 minutes are free, and you will get a straight answer about whether this is document preparation or something that needs an attorney.
